This year, more than two dozen teens in at least six states have been investigated by police for "sexting" - sending nude pictures of themselves in cell phone text messages - which carries a charge of distributing child pornography. More tragically, a suicide in Ohio occurred last year after a girl who sexted her picture to a boyfriend was humiliated when the boy forwarded it to hundreds of kids.

CEE CEE'S TOP 13 RULES

1. Monitor all computers...set them up with the strictest child protection software.

2. Mom I need privacy? What Privacy...you have none!

3. Don't ask your child if they would like to go to church, they are going to church!

4. Believe that they can be pure and abstinent...everybody is NOT doing it!

5. You may have to take all computers and TVs OUT of their room!

6. Take the cell phone away at night at a certain time and leave it on in your room...answer it if it rings. Check the phone for pics, videos and texts. Also check to see what NAMES are in phone such as: My Man????! YOU ARE 13 years old...WHAT MAN????!!!!!!

7. Recognize when she/he's eyes are down casted or in a overly somber mood...TALK ABOUT it!

8. Any marks or bruises on their body? Get to the truth of it!

9. Keep them busy...boredom as a teen should not exist. There is plenty to do around that house!

10.Let them do activities that involve teamwork.

11.LIMIT the ammount of friends they can have on any Social Networking Sites and on cell.

12.Check their FB and MS pages frequently.Become their FB and MS friend as well.

13.Tell your teen that they are BEAUTIFUL and hug them often!
